Shivarajkumar was set to star in director Narthan's Bhairathi Ranagal a few years back, but due to unforeseen circumstances like COVID-19, the film's release was delayed. Despite the setbacks, the writer-director is excited about the upcoming project with Shivarajkumar. After nearly seven years of preparation, Narthan is finally ready to present his second film, a prequel to Mufti (2017). The official trailer for the movie is scheduled to be released on November 5, followed by the film's premiere on November 15. Prior to the trailer launch, a song celebrating Shivarajkumar's character as the advocate Bhairathi Ranagal will be released on November 1. The movie will feature two more songs, offering glimpses of what audiences can expect. A grand pre-release event is also planned for November 10. Narthan assures that Bhairathi Ranagal includes all the elements that fans of mass entertainment will enjoy. The film stars Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead, alongside Devaraj, Rahul Bose, Chaya Singh, Shabeer Kallarakkal, and Babu Hirannaiah in prominent roles.
